Nutmeg Whole Indonesia

Nutmeg is a wonderfully flavorful spice delicious in baking, barbecuing and baked dishes with cheese such as mac ‘n’ cheese and twice baked potatoes. Whole nutmeg are easy to use and so flavorful! Large (8-10 per ounce) nutmeg are easy to grate, just 10 seconds of rubbing on the small-holed side of a grater will give you 1/2 tsp. of freshly ground nutmeg. Grating nutmeg makes for fresh, strong flavor, perfect alongside cinnamon and ginger.
